It does not cover sites we link to. In particular, payment happens on our payment provider’s own pages, which are governed by their privacy notice rather than this one.

Set out below by the categories used in the California Consumer Privacy Act, because those are the labels the law asks us to report against. The middle column is what each one actually means here.

• To give you an account — registering you, signing you in, keeping the session alive and letting you manage your own profile.
• To sell you a file — holding your cart, creating the order, taking payment, and issuing the download entitlement that payment grants.
• To deliver and control access — checking that a download request belongs to someone who bought the file, and counting it against the entitlement.
• To support you — answering what you write to us, and looking up the order you are asking about.
• To keep records — accounting, tax and the evidence that a sale happened on the terms it happened on.
• To keep the store safe — detecting fraud, abuse of download entitlements and unauthorised redistribution.

We do not use your information to profile you, to make automated decisions with legal effects, or to build an advertising audience.

This site uses the minimum a signed-in store needs, and nothing for measurement or marketing:

• Session cookies set by our authentication provider, which are what keep you signed in. Strictly necessary — the site cannot work without them.
• A theme preferencestored in your browser’s local storage so the site stays on the light or dark palette you chose. It never leaves your device.
• Cookies set by our payment provider while you are on their hosted checkout page, under their domain and their policy.

Because there are no advertising or analytics cookies, there is no consent banner to click through and nothing to opt out of.

We use the service providers below to run the store. Each receives only what its job needs, processes it on our instructions, and is not permitted to use it for its own purposes.

We also disclose personal information where the law requires it — to respond to a valid legal request, to establish or defend a legal claim, to report suspected vehicle crime as described in our Terms & Conditions, or to a buyer as part of a sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply until you are told otherwise.

• Your account — while it is open, and then only as long as the records below require.
• Cart contents — until you order or remove them.
• Orders, order items and payment records — for as long as accounting and tax law requires us to keep proof of a sale, which is typically several years after the transaction.
• Download entitlements — the entitlement expires 30 days after it is granted; the record that it existed is kept with the order it belongs to.

When we no longer need something we delete it or reduce it to a form that no longer identifies you.

Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights. We honour them for every customer rather than checking your address first.

• Know and access — what we hold about you, where it came from, why we have it and who we disclosed it to, and a copy of it.
• Delete — ask us to erase it, subject to the records we are legally required to retain.
• Correct — have inaccurate information fixed. Name and email you can change yourself from your account.
• Opt out of sale or sharing — nothing to exercise, because we do neither, but the right exists and we will confirm our position in writing on request.
• Limit use of sensitive information — again nothing to exercise, because we do not collect any.
• Non-discrimination — we will not deny you service, change your price or degrade what you get because you exercised a privacy right.
• Appeal — if we refuse a request and you live in a state that provides an appeal, reply to our decision and a different person will review it.

To exercise any of these, write to alisoliman2125@gmail.com from the address on your account, saying which right you are exercising. We will acknowledge within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, extending once by a further 45 days where a request is complex — we will tell you if that happens.

We verify a request by matching it to the email address on the account, and may ask for more where the request is for a copy or a deletion. An authorised agent may act for you with your written permission, which we may confirm with you directly.

Credentials are handled by a dedicated authentication provider rather than stored by this application. Payment happens on our payment provider’s systems. The files you buy live in private storage with no public URL, reachable only through a short-lived signed link issued to someone with a valid entitlement. Administrative areas are access-controlled independently of the storefront.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that anything transmitted over the internet is immune to interception. If a breach affects your personal information we will notify you and the relevant regulator where the law requires it.

This is a trade platform for automotive professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Our providers operate globally, so your information may be stored or processed in United States and in other countries whose privacy laws differ from those where you live. Wherever it goes, it remains subject to this policy and to the contractual protections we have with each provider.

We update this policy when what we do changes. The effective date at the top moves when we do, and we will announce anything material on the site. Reviewing it after a change is the way to see what moved; using the site afterwards means you accept the current version.
