By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using this site, you accept these terms. If you are using ECU Safe Zonefor a business — a workshop, a tuning company, a repair centre — you confirm you are authorised to bind that business, and “you” in this document means both you and it.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. This is not a consumer marketplace: as our description of the platform says, it is built for ECU technicians, chiptuners, workshops and repair specialists, and it is not intended for vehicle owners modifying their own car.

If you do not accept these terms, do not use the site.

Every product on this site is a digital file — an ECU firmware modification prepared against a specific firmware record, identified by its hardware number, software number and controller. Nothing physical is shipped and nothing is installed for you.

• One product is one modification. A single ECU commonly has several on sale — IMMO OFF, DPF OFF, Stage 1 — and each is bought separately at its own price.
• Quantity is always one. Buying the same modification twice delivers nothing extra, so the cart will not let you. If you already own a file, it is under My Orders rather than available to buy again.
• Compatibility is stated, not guaranteed. The vehicles listed against a firmware record are the ones it is known to suit. Confirming that a file matches the ECU actually in front of you is your job, and section 8 explains why that matters.

Accounts are created and secured through our authentication provider. You are responsible for the credentials on your account and for everything done through it. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.

One account belongs to one person or one business. Account sharing is how a single-installation licence becomes a distribution channel, and it is a breach of section 6.

Prices are shown in USD and exclude any tax or duty you may owe where you are. The price captured on your order at the moment you place it is the price that applies, even if the catalog price changes afterwards.

Payment is taken on our payment provider’s own hosted checkout page. No card details ever reach this application — we store a record of the transaction, not the instrument.

An order is created in a pending state and becomes paid only when our payment provider confirms the payment to us directly. Returning to the confirmation page in your browser is not, on its own, payment. Your order number looks like ESZ-2026-0042 and is the reference to quote in any correspondence.

We may refuse or cancel an order — including after it is placed — where the product was listed in error, the price was wrong, we suspect fraud, or supplying you would breach section 8, 9 or 15. If we cancel a paid order, we return the payment.

Payment grants a download entitlement for each item on the order. Delivery is that entitlement — the moment it exists, the product has been supplied.

• Each entitlement allows 5 downloads and expires 30 days after it is granted.
• Files are held in private storage and served through short-lived signed links. A link you have already been issued will stop working; the entitlement, not the link, is what you own.
• If a transfer fails or your access lapses before you reached the vehicle, contact support and we will normally reopen it. This is a courtesy rather than an obligation.

Download the file promptly and keep your own copy. We are not a backup service and do not undertake to keep any file available indefinitely.

You do not buy the firmware itself. You buy a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use one copy of the file, for the purpose of servicing vehicles in the course of your own work.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, publish, lend or share the file, in whole or in part, whether or not for money.
• Upload it to a file-sharing service, a forum, a tuning group or any other collection accessible to people who did not buy it from us.
• Represent it as your own work, or as the work of anyone other than its author.
• Remove, alter or obscure any identifying marker the file carries.
• Use it to build a competing catalog, or as training data for a model that generates firmware.

Files may carry markers that identify the purchase they came from. If a file we sold you appears somewhere it should not, that marker is how we will know, and redistribution ends your licence immediately and without refund.

The catalog, its search index and the compatibility data behind it are ours. You may use them to find a file to buy. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, bulk-download or systematically copy the catalog or any part of it.
• Probe, load-test or attempt to bypass any access control, rate limit or authentication on the site.
• Use another person's account, or let anyone else use yours.
• Interfere with the operation of the site, or with anyone else's use of it.

This is the most important section in this document.

A substantial part of this catalog modifies or disables emissions control equipment — including diesel particulate filters, exhaust gas recirculation, selective catalytic reduction and AdBlue dosing, catalytic converters and lambda sensor monitoring. Others remove diagnostic trouble codes, raise speed limiters or alter engine calibration.

You are solely responsible for determining what is lawful where you are and for the vehicle in front of you, and for holding any licence, approval or exemption that applies. Nothing on this site is advice that a given modification is lawful in your jurisdiction, and the presence of a product in the catalog is not a representation that it is.

You agree not to use anything bought here in a way that breaches emissions, safety, type-approval, roadworthiness or consumer protection law, and not to supply a modified vehicle to a third party without disclosing what was changed. Section 12 means the consequences of doing so are yours.

IMMO OFF and related modifications defeat a vehicle’s anti-theft immobiliser. They exist for a real and legitimate repair case — a failed immobiliser module, a lost key on an obsolete platform, an ECU swap on a vehicle whose owner is standing in front of you.

We may refuse or reverse any order where we have reasonable grounds to suspect the file is being sought for theft, for handling a stolen vehicle, or for defeating a finance or security interest.

Writing firmware to an engine control unit can render it inoperative. A wrong file, an interrupted write, an unstable supply voltage or an incompatible tool can leave an ECU that will not start the vehicle and may need bench recovery or replacement.

You are expected to have the training, the equipment and the recovery procedure for the platform you are working on before you begin, and to take a full backup of the original calibration first. Deciding that a file matches the ECU in front of you is your judgement, made against the numbers you read off the unit.

We prepare and check the files we sell. Beyond that, we make no promise about what a file will do on any particular vehicle.

The site and every file sold through it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and any warranty that a file will be compatible with a given vehicle, that it will achieve any particular result, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, nor for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business, nor for damage to any vehicle, engine control unit or other equipment, nor for the cost of recovery, replacement or re-flashing, however caused and on any theory of liability.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply to the greatest extent the law allows, and nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You will indemnify and hold harmless [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], its officers and its staff against any claim, liability, penalty, fine, loss or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of anything bought here — in particular any claim brought by a vehicle owner, a third party or a regulator relating to a modification you performed, to the road-legality of a vehicle you worked on, or to your breach of sections 6, 8 or 9.

The site, its design, the ECU Safe Zone name and marks, the catalog structure and the compatibility data are owned by us or licensed to us. Nothing in these terms transfers any of it to you beyond the licence in section 6.

If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, write to alisoliman2125@gmail.com identifying the material, your rights in it and how to reach you, and we will investigate and remove anything infringing.

We may suspend or close your account, and revoke outstanding download entitlements, if you breach these terms — in particular by redistributing a file, by using the site to facilitate vehicle theft, or by charging back a payment for a file you downloaded.

You may close your account at any time by writing to us. Closing it does not revive any entitlement that has already expired, and sections 6, 8, 9, 11, 12 and 13 survive it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in [STATE] have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to their venue.

You may not use this site, or anything bought through it, in breach of applicable export control or sanctions law, and you confirm you are not located in a territory subject to comprehensive sanctions.

We may change these terms. The effective date at the top of this page moves when we do, and material changes will be announced on the site. Your order is governed by the version in force when you placed it; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest continues in force. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may, on notice, as part of a transfer of the business. Together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, these terms are the entire agreement between us.
